Your choice and consent

We send appointment or repair-update texts only when you select the separate, unchecked SMS consent box on an estimate or appointment form.

Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can obtain service by calling (224) 800-3000 or emailing info@globusautorepair.com instead.

Optional appointment and repair updates

The estimate-request and appointment forms have a separate, unchecked SMS consent box for appointment and repair updates. Those updates require that separate consent. After an opt-out, contact the shop before asking to receive texts again.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and any appointment or repair updates you separately request. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider's messaging and data charges apply according to your plan.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call (224) 800-3000, or email info@globusautorepair.com.

Delivery and privacy

Message delivery depends on mobile-network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. An SMS reply does not by itself confirm a booking, authorize repairs or establish a final repair price.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use mobile numbers, messages and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
