Delete your app account.
You can request deletion of your GLOBUS customer app account by email below, without reinstalling the app. If the sign-in form is available, you can also delete your own account here.
After account deletion is completed, your app profile, saved vehicles, sign-in sessions, app-access links, device registrations and account notification records are removed, together with pending verification and password-reset requests. Separate repair, authorization, communication and accounting records held by the shop, including any historical referral payment records, are retained as described below.
Request app account deletion by email
Email info@globusautorepair.com to request account deletion. Send the request from the email address associated with your account, or identify that account address so the shop can help verify ownership. Do not include your password, sign-in codes or repair documents.
The shop will need to verify your identity before removing account access. Sending an email does not by itself confirm deletion. Separate shop records are handled as described above.
What we retain and for how long
We normally retain repair orders, estimates, authorizations, repair-related photos, documents and service communications for five years after the repair order is closed. For an estimate that does not become a repair order, the period is five years after the estimate is closed. We normally retain invoices, payment and other accounting records, including referral or discount transaction records, for five years after the related transaction is recorded.
Particular records may be retained longer when necessary for applicable law or tax recordkeeping obligations, or a specific ongoing insurance claim, dispute, investigation or legal hold. Extended retention applies only while that reason remains relevant. Account deletion does not restart these periods. Limited keyed identifiers used to prevent duplicate financial awards may remain with the related financial records.
